Herceg Ethno Village is a unique Hotel and Tourist complex opened at the end of 2008 and located on four acres of land with 50 stone buildings divided into five sections. The goal of this Project is to have a place with an authentic village atmosphere where we can offer today’s tourist all services.

This will be a heaven for people who like to experience good food, for those who are searching for a break from everyday routine. The Village also provides an ideal place for business people who wish to arrange seminars, conferences and team-building sessions.

The restaurant Herceg is the centre of this complex. There is also a hamlet of 10 stone houses with the accommodation section and a shopping section with 10 souvenir shops. Apart from these there is also a conference hall which provides the facilities as a business venue and an amphitheatre for holding cultural events. To complete the village atmosphere, a chapel has been built on an elevation with a vineyard close by with the indigenous grapevine varieties, Žilavka and Blatina. Finally there is a section with stables housing domestic animals from this region and a playground in front of the terrace for our youngest guests.

The Project will be extended on the remaining 1.5 acres with sporting and recreational facilities adding to the modern bowls/bocce court available.

Herceg etno selo kao jedinstveni hotelsko-turistički kompleks otvoren potkraj 2008, prostire se na četiri hektara površine gdje je sagrađeno oko 50 kamenih objekata koje dijelimo u pet poslovnih cjelina. Cilj projekta je bio na jednom mjestu u autentičnom ozračju ponuditi današnjem turistu kompletnu uslugu. Ovdje dolaze na svoje i ljubitelji dobre gastronomije, i ljudi željni odmora i predaha od svakodnevnice, kao i poslovni ljudi koji kod nas mogu organizirati seminare, kongrese i team-building.

Centar kompleksa čini restoran Herceg, zatim zaselak s 10 kamenih kuća gdje se nalazi smještajni dio i mali trgovački dio s desetak suvenirnica. Pored toga, za poslovne namjene sagrađena je kongresna dvorana i amfiteatar kao centar kulturnih zbivanja. Da bi dojam sela bio potpun na najvećoj uzvisini sagrađena je kapelica i u neposrednoj blizini zasađen vinograd s autohtonim sortama žilavke i blatine. Na kraju tu su i staje s domaćim životinjama ovog kraja, a ispred terase igralište za najmlađe posjetitelje.
Projekt nije završen i na preostalih 1,5 ha proširit će se i upotpuniti sportsko-rekreacijskim sadržajima, budući da sad na raspolaganju imamo moderno boćalište.

Il villaggio Herceg etno-village come complesso turistico alberghiero unico è stato inaugurato alla fine del 2008, copre una superficie di quattro ettari dove sono stati costruiti circa 50 edifici in pietra che sono divisi in cinque unità lavorative. L'obiettivo del progetto è stato quello di offrire al turista moderno, in un'atmosfera autentica, un servizio completo. Qui si sentono a casa propria anche gli amanti della buona cucina, e le persone in cerca di riposo e di una fuga dalla vita quotidiana, così come gli uomini d'affari che possono organizzare nel nostro paese seminari, congressi e team-building.

Il centro del complesso è formato dal ristorante Herceg, e da un villaggio con 10 case in pietra dove sono situati gli alloggi e una piccola zona commerciale con una decina di negozi di souvenir. Inoltre, per gli obiettivi commerciali è stata costruita una sala conferenze e un anfiteatro come centro di eventi culturali. Per sentire completamente il villaggio, sulla collina più alta è stata costruita una cappella e piantato un vigneto con varietà autoctone di “Žilavka” e “Blatina”. Infine qui ci sono anche delle stalle con animali di allevamento in questa regione, e davanti alla terrazza un parco giochi per i visitatori più piccoli. Il progetto non è stato portato a termine, ed i restanti 1,5 ettari saranno completati da attività ricreative, mentre per adesso è disponibile un moderno bowling.

Ethnodorf Herceg, ein einzigartiger Hotel–touristischer Komplex, wurde Ende 2008 eröffnet. Das Ethnodorf erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 4 Hektar, wo sich rund 50 Steinobjekte befinden. Die Objekte sind in 5 Geschaftseinheiten geteilt.
Das Ziel des Projektes ist, an einem Ort, im authentischen Ambiente, die Komplett- Leistung dem heutigen Touristen anzubieten.
Hier genießen die Gastronomieliebhaber, diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung vom Alltag suchen, aber auch Geschäftsleute, die bei uns Seminare, Kongresse und Teambuilding organisieren können.
Das Zentrum des Komplexes ist das Restaurant Herceg und ein Weiler von 10 Steinhäusern, in dem sich der Ankunftskomplex und ein kleiner Geschäftskomplex von 10 Souvenierläden den befinden.
Daneben wurde ein Kongresssaal und ein Amphitheater aufgebaut. Das Amphitheater ist das Zentrum aller Kulturereignisse.
Um das Dorf authentisch zu machen, haben wir auf dem höchsten Hügel eine Kapelle aufgebaut und gleich daneben eine autochtone Žilavka- und Blatina- Weinreben angebaut.
Hier befinden sich noch die Ställe für die Tiere aus diesem Gebiet, und gleich vor der Terrasse des Restaurants ist ein Kinderspielplatz für die jüngsten Besucher des Dorfes.
Das Projekt ist noch nicht beendet. Der Komplex wird noch auf 1.5 ha mit sport-rekreative -Inhalten komplettiert. Im Moment steht ein Boccia-Feld zur Verfügung.
